Residenza Marano is a charming new building, located in the town of Cupra Marittima, only 350 mt. from the beach, on the side of the old medioeval town of Marano.
The Guest House built with attention to details, good taste and refinement, is located in a large enclosed courtyard, surrounded by green.
The structure is divided into seven apartments, each with private entrance, that can host up to 5 people. They are composed of a living room with a kitchenette, 2/3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. They also have a balcony or a porch for outdoor dining. From there you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea.
All apartments are well equipped with appliances (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, led TV and WI-FI).
At guests' disposal: swimming pool with a sunbathing area, gym, private parking area, laundry, Wi-Fi.
